Lee Pratt

Lee Pratt has over 25 years of experience working within the high-precision manufacturing sector. Employed for 21 years within a high-precision environment in the automotive industry, Lee is experienced in all areas of Mechanical Engineering including Design, CNC manufacturing, and conventional machining. Lee has also worked in a high-volume, high-precision production environment, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge Metal forming Press technology for high-precision component manufacture. For the past 4 years, Lee has been overseeing the development of a state-of-the-art training facility (AMSA), focusing on Apprentice development and workforce upskilling.
